dan eksportir kendaraan dan suku cadang Toyota. PT Toyota-Astra Motor sendiri
resmi berdiri pada tanggal 12 April 1971 dan kala itu hanya berperan sebagai
importir kendaraan Toyota. Adanya restrukturisasi pada tanggal 15 Juli 2003,
