Summary :

Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health/Center for Communication
Programs (JHU.CCP) is an international non-profit organization,
headquartered in Baltimore. It envisions a world in which communication
saves lives, improves health, and enhances well-being. We are currently
looking for a Program Assistant to assist daily operations of a newly
started program in Jakarta.

The Program Assistant will provide administrative, clerical support and review
documents in
English and Indonesian vice versa to the Country Representative, other
Program Staff and consultants. Coordinate with program staff and other
support staff and external organizations to enhance the effectiveness
and success
of CCPs Program. She/he will responsible for providing accurate and
timely information regarding the program administrative to program team.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

Prepare reports and other project materials; type, format and produce
final documents using various word processing packages, including
Microsoft Word and other program / software;As Liaison between Ministry
of Health (MOH), BKKBN and Program Offices (at Provinces and districts
level) and colleagues.Make travel arrangements for staff and
consultants; including travel expense reportsFile and maintain project
records as requested by the Country Representative and
consultants;Photocopy and bind reports and other program
materials;Prepare slides and transparencies for presentations using
graphics software such as Power Point etc.Assist in the making the
logistical arrangements for workshops and conferences as requested, including
making events
budget proposalType documents and correspondence upon request, including
inserting tables and graphs.



Maintains and retrieves files upon
request.Take minutes during meetings, types and distributes them.Orders,
maintains, and distributes office supplies.Scheduling appointment and
fielding telephone calls.Assuming responsibility for the reproduction
and assembly of documents as required.Maintaining a program contact list
available to Country Representative. Other program activities duties as
requested by the Country Representative.
Requirements :

A minimum of D1 in Secretarial / Administration or English Literature
graduateHas excellent written and oral communication skills, both in
Bahasa Indonesia and English.Posses at least 2 years consecutive
administration/secretarial experience preferably with proven
translation Indonesia English Vice Versa experience/ability.Excellent
hands on ability in operating Microsoft Office Programs especially
Microsoft Words, Power Point, Excel etc. Ability to independently manage
and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Demonstrated effective
organization skills.Demonstrated commitment to maintaining
confidentiality with sensitive documents, communication and
records.Self-directed and willingness to take initiative in
problem-solving
