Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager on Head Office, Jakarta, the Branch
Administration will have the following main responsibilities:

Responsible for all Finance and administration on branch, including credit and
collection function as per company policy.
Administrate all stationary and general administration requirements on the
branch.
Maintain accurate and timely finance and administration report as per company
deadlines
Responsible for Customer Service function on branches including support sales
engineering related administration and commercial area.
Report to Finance Manager

Knowledge/Experience Requirements


Maximum age 33 years old with located on Medan (is a must)
Min. graduated from Diploma/ bachelor degree preferred in Finance,
Administration
Experience related on finance and administration 2-3 years
English is a must
Computer Literate
Personality requirements
Mature and able to work under minimum supervisor
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (Extrovert)
Good listener and a team worker
Energic, hardworker & self-motivated
Able to work under pressure and result oriented.
