Experienced in realty project, able to design, implement, control and maintain
the highrise building property.
Able to speak English actively and operate computer (Ms. Office, MS. Project).

Legal (Code: LG)
Qualifications

Male / female maximum age 35 years old.
S1 in Law from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
Experienced in realty project, mastery contract engagement, taxation, land laws
and project permit of highrise building property.
Able to speak English actively and operate computer (Ms. Office).

Pemasaran / Operasi (Code: PO)
Qualifications

Male / female maximum age 35 years old.
S1 in Civil Engineering / Architecture from reputable university with minimum
GPA 2.75.
Experienced in realty project, able to make the business plan, mastery relaty
market, and able to implement sales and marketing strategies of highrise
building property.
Able to speak English actively and operate computer (Ms. Office).

Project Manager (Code: PM)
Qualifications

Male maximum age 45 years old.
D3 / S1 in Civil Engineering / Architecture from reputable university with
minimum GPA 2.75.
Experienced in similar position at the road & bridge / highway / dock /
irrigation projects at least 3 years.
Able to speak English actively and operate computer (Ms. Office).

Site Manager (Code: SM)
Qualifications

Male maximum age 45 years old.
S1 in Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
Experienced in similar position at the road & bridge / highway / dock /
irrigation projects at least 3 years.
Able to speak English actively and operate computer (Ms. Office).

Health and Safety Officer (Code: HSO)
Qualifications

Male / female maximum age 40 years old.
D3 / S1 in Civil Engineering / Public Health from reputable university with
minimum GPA 2.75.
Preferably experienced in similar position at least 3 years.
Having certificate of expert in the field of project / construction health and
safety.
Able to speak English actively and operate computer (Ms. Office).
