After being on hiatus due to the pandemic, Vegan SoulFest is reemerging with a leveled up experience for our soulfully diverse community of Vegans and the Vegan Curious.

We have expanded Vegan SoulFest from one day to three days to give you more time to indulge in plant-based eats and treats, take in even more information about the benefits of a vegan and sustainable lifestyle, vibe to live music from national and local artists each day from our main stage, and so much more!

Vegan SoulFest is Baltimore's Premier Vegan Food and Music Festival.

We are on a mission to provide a high-energy experience to people around the world, establish a diverse community that promotes a healthier and sustainable lifestyle, and provide individuals with a platform to showcase their talents. Elevate Your Game: Virtual Career Incubator & Opportunities Forum

College Students and Post Grads WELCOME to the National College Resources Foundation, Career Incubator Forum application. Here you will apply to receive information about upcoming in-person events, Internship & career opportunities and our virtual sessions. Our Incubator sessions will be live, in-person, over zoom, or streaming via social media platforms. 

Meet Industry Experts, Job Recruiters, other prominent leaders who will become your network, that NCRF will personally know. Receive expert advice on your technical skills learned while in college and how your classroom experience translates into the pathway that will get you into your career.

Listen, interact and network with international prominent leaders in various fields. In addition, you will become a mentor to others as you are building your pathway into success.  

All Virtual Career Incubator Sessions are between 4-6pm PST (7-9pm EST) most sessions are recorded and live streaming on our NCRF TV YouTube channel, LinkedIn, and Facebook

By 2025 the Baltimore County African American Cultural Festival, Inc. will be recognized globally for its diverse reflections of historical, cultural, and educational highlights as experienced through the lens of Baltimore County Americans of African descent and our allies. 

Mission Statement 

Baltimore County African American Cultural Festival, Inc., is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt organization which collaborates with community stakeholders in order to provide scholarships which empower Baltimore County students graduating from high school. In honoring our predecessors' diverse traditions, we assist in the preservation of African American historical projects, and financially support many other charitable organizations throughout Baltimore County, Maryland. 

Value Statements 

TRADITION - We acknowledge the sacrifices and accomplishments of our ancestors who forged new paths for us to continuously achieve and set new goals. 

COLLABORATION - We honor our family and community for providing numerous opportunities to enhance our educational, recreational, cultural, and health resources in Baltimore County, Maryland. 

EMPOWERMENT - We empower our youth with access to informational and financial resources to become future leaders and the torchbearers of our remarkable history.

Living a Dream that Students were excited about Mathematics.  We wrapped our first year with Math Thru Music in the school day in Montgomery County Public Schools.  The Data is in, not only did we lower violence because and I quote, "the students were so engaged with math thru music, altercations went down tremendously.  Next Principal Ingram says that 50% of his students math scores increased as well as attendance increased.  

We are excited to focus in on the extended learning space.  In no way shape, form or fashion are we in competition with EDUCATORS.  We are the perfect compliment.
